Elena is responsible for providing high-level service to all Midot clients. She is an HR expert with over 20 years of experience, holding the position of HR Director in East European global companies for 15 years before joining Midot. Elena has degrees in Sociology and Psychology as well as significant management and consulting experience helping her to understand the needs of business and propose the best data-driven solutions.
