Anastasia has been working on business and strategic development of Russian and international companies for more than 15 years. Prior to joining MIDOT, she led SHL’s consulting projects on personnel assessment for a number of the largest Russian businesses. Before that she held a position of Strategic Development Director in ROSSWIFT. She has graduate degrees in Economics, Law and Psychology. In 2018 she was awarded an international certificate from the University of Business Agility.
